Click RUN when you get this screen

Will then download the ActiveX - this is a 45mb file.

Until it loads you will just the the 'object market' in top left of the screen.  When finally loaded you will need to click the "Install" button when it comes up.

You will then end up with something akin to "Excel on steroids"!
