deliver a point release annually, which incorporate minor
extensions and enhancements, and a major release that significantly
extends the scope and facilities of the software is introduced
around every 18 months - 2 years.

is closely coupled with the Product Revision Request (PRR)
forms supplied to all SSS customers. These provide the conduit
for you to tell us what new features you require in the software
