Depending on your specific needs, this can include correcting program "bugs", the generation of technical, user and management documentation, system audits and tuning, recovery and/or rebuild of corrupted data, installation of software upgrades and patches, ongoing support etc etc.

Obviously the level of support we can offer in these situations depends on the resources you have available. For example, we can not correct or enhance a program if you do not have the source code available for it.
